Call for IBIS related patent disclosures: - None Call for opens: - None Review of previous meeting minutes: Minutes from the July 9 meeting were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to approve the minutes. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved. ARs: - None IBISCHK700 parser development: Mike had test RHEL5,6,7. All produced identical results. Lance said we should provide two different RH versions. Mike felt we should not expand the set Bob said we should not forse source code sales Lance agreed. Mike said we could produce new executables, if we have compiler access, if some incompatibility pops up. Bob said ibischk is very necessary. Lance said the GNU compiler matters. The program mighgt not be able to run. Mike said that was usually caused by GLIBC problems. He suggested continuing to deliver RHEL5 executables. Bob said there might be cases in which vendors purchasing the sourcxe code to compile their own ibischk would be appropriate. Mike suggested giving address ibischk@ibis.org for people to report problems. AR: Mike LaBonte to compile IBISCHK for MacOS, upload all executables. AR: Lance Wang to test MacOS IBISCHK7. AR: Mike LaBonte to create ibischk@ibis.org email address. Bob said had had about 115 more error reports from regression tests to check. Many of those are new for IBISCHK7. It is possible there is a mistake in an [Interconnect Model Group] test. One check required Aggressor_only, but that is never required. Bob will report issues to the developer after all tests have been checked. IBISCHK7 source code license: Bob said we had another EDA vendor that might but the source code. He said the purchase contract tend to get held up in legal review. Only two have signed so far. New IBISCHK bugs: No discussion. IBIS-ISS parser: No discussion. Bob Ross moved to adjourn.
